The Problem
Finance teams spent 60+ hours monthly manually copying line items from warehouse invoices—each warehouse using a different format. Duplicate entries and missed charges were constant, and nobody trusted the numbers at month-end.
Our Approach
Built dedicated extraction modules for each warehouse format. Used Camelot with PyMuPDF preprocessing and OpenCV enhancement for PDF tables across page breaks. Intelligent sheet mapping and header detection for Excel sources.
