Built a complete data infrastructure from scratch—Snowflake warehouse, automated ETL pipelines, and four distinct dashboards serving 5 major retailers with real-time inventory health alerts.
The Problem
CPG brands had no unified view across Target, Walmart, Petco, and PetSmart. Operations teams logged into 5+ portals weekly, manually scanning thousands of SKU-store combinations for phantom inventory, stockouts, and velocity drops—most issues were found too late to fix cheaply.
Our Approach
Designed proprietary algorithms including VMI (Velocity Mismatch Index) and CVTI (Cascading Velocity Trend Index) to detect inventory problems before they compound. Multi-tenant architecture with subdomain-based routing so each retailer gets their own isolated environment on a single codebase.
